Set up mobile applications for your end customers

This article outlines how to turn on mobile guides and analytics for Pendo OEM end customers. Setting this up allows your end customers to deliver contextual in-app guides and track usage data in their mobile apps.

Prerequisites

Before you can select which apps to include for in-app guides and analytics, your end customer must already have a Pendo OEM subscription that they can access. For more information, see Manage end-customer subscriptions.

Set up the mobile app 

After the customer has been added, you can select which apps to make available to them. 

  1. From the top-right corner of Pendo, go to Settings > OEM settings.

  2. Select the Manage subscriptions tab.
  3. Hover over the table row that contains the active Account ID or customer subscription you want to set up, and select Manage Settings.

  4. In the Applications section, select the toggle in the Status column for the mobile app you want to make available to that customer.

  5. Select Save when you’re done to give the end customer access to mobile guides and analytics in the selected app.
