This article outlines how to turn on mobile guides and analytics for Pendo OEM end customers. Setting this up allows your end customers to deliver contextual in-app guides and track usage data in their mobile apps.
Prerequisites
Before you can select which apps to include for in-app guides and analytics, your end customer must already have a Pendo OEM subscription that they can access. For more information, see Manage end-customer subscriptions.
Set up the mobile app
After the customer has been added, you can select which apps to make available to them.
- From the top-right corner of Pendo, go to Settings > OEM settings.
- Select the Manage subscriptions tab.
- Hover over the table row that contains the active Account ID or customer subscription you want to set up, and select Manage Settings.
- In the Applications section, select the toggle in the Status column for the mobile app you want to make available to that customer.
- Select Save when you’re done to give the end customer access to mobile guides and analytics in the selected app.
