Multiple submissions of a poll despite correct activation setting
We have a couple polls that were set to be dismissed after closing or selecting the "Submit Feedback" button; the polls were not set to reappear after submission and were not a badge activation. Despite these settings, there are a few customers who submitted answers multiple times and on different days.
Is this due to the customers having multiple tabs open of our website, thereby able to see the same poll in different instances? Has anyone else experienced this?

By any chance do you have a back button in a multi-step poll guide? - we saw similar to this, and saw that some users might give a score at step 1 (which we submit as a poll result), get to step 2, then go back to step 1 via a Back button, and change their score - which registers a second score.
You say it was on different days, so I guess your issue may be something different.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have a back button on these polls. Once a user submits feedback in the first step, the guide automatically goes to step 2 confirming/thanking them for their feedback.
