Resource Center Visibility
We have one very large customer who wants to work with us to deploy the Resource Center. We’d provide only their users with customized onboarding and training content.
Is it possible to place the resource center in our app while only allowing one customer to see it, through segmentation? For example, if we made the only modules in the resource center visible to that customer via a segment, would every other customer not in that segment see an empty Resource Center within the application?

Hi Chris, my understanding (unless anything has changed) is that if a user has nothing to view in the RC, then they just don't get it at all (as distinct from getting an empty RC)
This assumes you are using Pendo to put the Badge/Icon on the page as the initial trigger to launch the RC. If you are using something in your product as the trigger, then you would also need to suppress that for users who won't have any RC content.
And yes, you can segment the RC content to only the users who you want to see any content at all.

Have you had any luck with this? I've got our Resource Center segmented out for just a couple of sites and it isn't showing up for those sites. To be fair, it isn't showing up for other customers either, which is good, but I can't figure out where I've gone wrong with it not displaying for the segment it should.
