Right now I don't believe it's a feature of Pendo's to let you embed outside the Pendo interface.
I would try this method.
1. Export the presentation as a PowerPoint.
2. Open the PowerPoint file and go to the share options to generate the embed code.
3. Copy the embed code and paste it inside the SharePoint page.
Joe Schoolcraft, Thanks for your response but would that not be a static report embedded in SharePoint? I want a live report to be embedded.
