Why are excluded users still seeing guides?
The Exclude/Include list only affects the data shown in the Pendo application and does not affect guide eligibility. To exclude users from seeing guides, you will want to make sure they are not eligible for the guide’s segment.

It is expected behavior that if you look in visitors or accounts searches, excluded visitors/accounts will not be found in the search results.
