Video Analytics

Hey there!

Pendo CSM here. Working with a customer to hopefully discover creative ways to get guide video analytics. We'd like to see things like # of views, time on video, and end-user/visitor information. Anyone out here find a cool/creative way to get this data?

    Hello!

    I highly recommend using Wistia. They have all sorts of stats like # of views, time on video, and even a heatmap overlap showing declining view areas on the timeline. You also get details like viewer location - it's all anonymous so as to be GDPR compliant.
