Listen Email Capabilities
What are all of Listen's email capabilities? I'm particularly interested if users who submit feedback automatically receive an email that their feedback had been submitted? Currently I'm only finding that if pendo admin's make changes to the piece of feedback, then we can send a single update email.

So it depends, it seems a little disjointed right now. In Validate, when you move an idea to Now Available it will send an email to internal users and to anyone who subscribed to that idea. So, if the idea came from your Listen portal and people subscribed or were the one who submitted it, I believe that means they'd get an automated email about its availability.
Other than that, I think you found the only other spot?
