Multi Select Poll Dropdown how to add Masking Text or Select One Validation
We are using Pendo Guide with Polls to collect feedback, on the guide we have 2 polls
Poll 1 is using the Multi-Choice Poll dropdown UI and we made the poll required using {required/}
- ISSUE: The first value we have is "Select One" and users are able to submit the guide without selecting one of the options in the dropdown.
- ASK: we need a way to set masking text value or make sure that users cannot submit with "Select One" option selected, they must select an option from the list in the dropdown not when value is "Select One"

You may need to write some javascript and add it to the custom code block for validation. Otherwise I think the other option is to either start with the first option in the set (remove "select one") or change your poll question type or style to radios or buttons.
