How to track feature adoption?
I want to track low adopters for features and create a custom segment for these visitors and release guides to retrain/nudge them to use the features.
How would one go about doing this?

You should be able to use segment rules that look at feature usage, or you can look at Feature details and click the "view all visitors" to see the report of visitors based on your segment and date range, to get a sense of how many users you would be targeting. Yet another would be to build a funnel of landing on the page > use the feature, and then create a segment based on who dropped out. Your guide can then be tied to a guide goal of using the feature, run a guide experiment, etc.
