You may also want to check that you have the right columns displayed. Click the gear actions drop down menu and you'll see the ability to edit columns and add potentially Account Name column for your future account reports.
I would start with checking your installation and account data and then looking at your report with the right column fields.

Welcome to the Discussion Community. You may need to check a couple of things such as your Pendo snippet install - https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360045829772-Planning-your-Pendo-Installation#PickVisitorandAccountIDs. Had you always had the Account name field passed in your reports?
