Exclude certain Accounts from all Guides


We have a handful of customers who are very sensitive and do not want any guides displayed to their users at any time. I understand this can be accomplished by not including them in the Segment, but this logic can become difficult when customers have multiple accounts and there are multiple customers who do not wish their users to see the guides. What is the best way to accomplish this consistently? I saw that there is a CSV import for segments, but this doesn't seem very scalable and leaves room for error. Is there someone where we can globally suppress accounts from receiving guides? Like a blackout list of sorts.

    Thanks for your question in the Discussion Community. You will need to contact your CSM for your account to help enable this setting. Once it is enabled, you will be able to exclude specific visitors/accounts from guides.
