Cannot edit guide content

Hello -

I am using the In App designer to add a guide. I can see the guide and placeholder content, but whenever I try to change the content I get the following javascript error:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'editBuildingBlock' of undefined

Any suggestions for fixing this?

Hi Steve Gore,

Thanks for sharing this with the Discussion Community. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies for your browser and trying to load the in app designer again?

If it still persists, can you use the pendo debugger (https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360034229512-Why-is-my-Guide-not-displaying-#LoadingtheDebugger) and inspect for the error message again?

Let us know what you find, but hope those first steps can help with the issue.

I was encountering the issue in Chrome, including Incognito Mode. I switched to Firefox and was able to edit the content.
