Pendo events are not getting fired correctly

I have tagged features on my page on Pendo. But, the number of clicks on these features are less then the actual clicks.
visitor id is phone number of the user. There were two sessions for the same user where he click a particular button (feature). But only one click was identified by Pendo.

There are also other instances where even page visits are missing for a particular account.

What am I doing wrong here.
Help is much appreciated

Here are some basic troubleshooting steps that you can validate to see if there's any things missing:
- Are page visits or data missing for just this particular account or are other accounts showing visits to that page?
- Does this particular account show visits to other pages in Pendo, just not some specific ones?
- Have you used pendo.validateInstall() on the pages where this particular account is missing, just to verify that Pendo is installed?
- Lastly, please review the rules for the tagged page in Pendo. Test the URL that this particular account is visiting against the page rule using the 'Test Rule' feature on the tagged page in Pendo.
