When I launch preview mode noting happens
I have a very simple guide with one splash screen in the middle to welcome users. When I launch preview mode I can't see anything appear. Designer seems to be working fine, however. Do I have to set a start time for my guide and then wait to preview it after that time has lapsed?

When you're launching the preview of the guide, double check where your guide is located/how its activated. Is it meant for a specific page or URL that you're not on or are you activating based on an element that's not present in the web browser or product area?
Check out the article and see if you have any other specific requirements or activations for the guide that may cause the guide to not preview in a specific area. Let the Community know if you have any more details you come across.
Hi Howard Lio. Thanks for your info. I did see the preview start to work after the "start time" of my guide was hit. This seems unintuitive to me to have to define a start time in order to see a guide in preview mode. When guides are being developed, you don't want to have to define a start time. Am I doing something wrong here?
@Danny Brock , I am experiencing the same problem that you experienced a year ago. Where can I set the "start time" of a guide so that I can also preview my guide?
