how do I update an NPS survey from universal to score based response?

Great question from Alli Bordogna that I've also seen in other conversations:

"I'm trying to update a NPS survey from a universal question to a score-based question. When I toggle it over to score-based all the questions are greyed out to edit. I can't seem to add another step for this either. I'm definitely missing something silly, but does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you!"

Hey Howard,

When you're in the designer and managing the guide in your app, it does look grayed out in the Behavior tab, but you are supposed to edit the building block in the guide itself. So all the universal responses are shown in 3 separate lines. In my screenshot below, you'll see 0-6 shows a response of "Hi" which is my first building block.
