Resource Center - scroll for smaller screens?
When more modules are added to the Resource Center than the container height allows for it will enable an internal scroll mode. I am wondering however is there a way to get the RC to scroll just when a users's screen height is not tall enough to accommodate the height of the RC?

Can you apply some global CSS to the RC container to make it more responsive?
