Integration with Qualtrics

Hi all,

We're trying to create survey links within our resource center that connect to qualtrics. The issue we're running into is a that the resource center survey links create additional clicks in order to eventually get to the qualtrics survey. Is there a way to automatically connect the listed surveys directly to the qualtrics survey to avoid additional clicks? Could the listed surveys be turned into hyperlinks?

    Hi Bret - there are a couple of ways that you might be able to accomplish this.

    1. Using a sandbox module -  A sandbox module allows you to add custom code to a resource center module. You could use that sandbox to provide direct links to your Qualtrics surveys.
    2. Embeding Qualtrics survey in Pendo Guide -  You could create a Pendo guide with a custom code building block. In that custom code building block, you could embed the Qualtrics survey. We have a recipe showing that process here. You would then add the guide that has the embedded survey to a guides list module in your resource center.
