Getting feedback on a What's New Announcement

Hi all,

We regularly announce feature updates to our software by using a "What's New" notification. Our product team would like to collect data on users reading these updates (i.e., whether they do or don't like this feature, and why). I don't think there's a way to do this in Pendo at the moment, but would love suggestions if you have any ideas!



  • Try using the Guide Conversion! It should be available for everyone on guides and also announcements. You could also add features to the guide metrics graphs for announcements to see any changes in feature use before/after the announcement went out.

  • I'd simply put up a sitewide guide that simply asks what they think of the product updates :)

    You can also include information in the guide that shows how to get to the product updates if they haven't seen them before.
