Hello, I'm new to Pendo and I'm curious if it's possible to have two different pop-ups running at the same time for two different customer segments. Thanks in advance for the help!

  Hello and welcome acurtis!  So you can configure and publish many guides at once, for a variety of segments.  Pendo, however, will only display one guide at a time for a given Visitor.  So, if a Visitor were a member of both segments for your pop-ups you describe in your question, they would see one before the other.  The order of priority is set by our "Guide Ordering" within the Guides List view.  If you'd like to set a delay between these guides, you can do so with our "Guide Throttling" setting, within the Guide Ordering view.
