Resource Center Not in Staging

Hello all!
I am new to Pendo and have been setting up our resource center for a while now I had attempted to push to staging so I could start interacting with it. When I go to our staging environment no Resource Center badge appears. I double-checked our staging environment and everything
I have also checked the Z-index. I have the Segment set to everyone, I have the resource center set to Sitewide, but still can't get it to display.

I can't seem to find any other solutions. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hey Kerry, 

    One other thing to confirm here, do any of your modules contain content at this point?  Without any content the Resource Center will not show at all. 

    If this is not the case, then it may be helpful to walk through these troubleshooting steps.

    Hi,

    I have been having the same issue and used the de bug tool and it says 'Resource Center not detected'.

    Any ideas what the cause might be?

    I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the settings of the content within the modules themselves? But I have a few that should be "sitewide" and "everyone" that wouldn't be victim to any rule set or "this page only" stuff...

    I was having this issue too but finally figured out that my content (an announcement) was in draft stage and it was the only content which is why my resource center wasn't showing up. I went into the announcement and changed the status to staged and pushed the changes to staging and then I was able to see the resource center.

    I also have no solution for this, even after going through pendo support, they just reference us back to an article about "https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/14324106941211-Guide-isn-t-displaying"

    The issue isn't about guides not displaying, because they display fine in our production environments. It's specifically that the resource center won't show in QA and Staging. It's really frustrating that there are so many steps to this, and no resolution. Please help anyone!
