Error on opening designer in App that no matching API key is present - Login again doesnt open designer

Hi All,
We have been using Pendo free for a while now. 

Recently when trying to Manage Features in App or Manage Guide in App, I am getting an error that no matching API key 

I followed the steps mentioned here : which is try Login again. However, after trying this the designer does not open in the app.

Also verified Pendo latest version is installed by running



Can you please help if there is a way out ?

    5. Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the Manage Features and Manage Guide features. Check with your Pendo account administrator to confirm that you have the necessary access rights.
