Guide does not show when coming from Stripe page.
Hi. I have just created a new guide for the home page of my web app.
This is the 1st page that shows after logging in (when already having an account).
When not yet having an account, the flow goes like this: people sign up, enter the web app in the billing page where they select a plan, enter billing address, and then proceed to Stripe where they enter payment details. Once proceeded in Stripe, they are redirected to the home page of the web app. This is the page where the guide should show.
The guide unfortunately does not show in this scenario for the signing up flow. What I did notice is that, when finalizing sign up flow and now being on the home page (where the guide does not show), and then logging out and logging in again into the just created account, now it does show the guide.
So something weird is happening in the scenario where you come from Stripe and enter the home page where the guide should show, but does not show.
Any ideas on how I can make the guide show for the flow of a new user signing up?

Olivier van den Hoogen try this Guide troubleshooting article to see if one of these scenarios is the cause of the guide not displaying. If that doesn't solve it, can you let me know?

Hi @.... Thanks for the reply. Yes I checked everything in the help center articles.
What seems to be happening is that Pendo does not get initialized automatically in that specific scenario, because when I go into the console and enter pendo.initialize() it does show the guide. I double checked the URL and the URL is the exact same as the URL entered/connected to Pendo.
What do you think?
