Is it possible to only show a guide after a certain of number of visits?
I want to add a guide to a specific page, but only have it shown after a set number of visits. This is so we can ask for feedback on a new feature, but I want people to have had the opportunity to use it before asking feedback.
Is this possible?

Yes you should be able to accomplish this using segment rules, look for the page visitors or feature click option whichever is more closely aligned with the feedback you're after!
Hi Liz Feller,
Thanks for your answer! I added a segment based on page views, but I can't link it to a guide, because page views is not compatible with guides. Do you know an alternative or work-around for this?
How are you setting up your page view rule? When I'm making a custom segment for a guide I can see several options like has the user viewed a page at least/at most/within last/since/before. I would think using the "at least" and setting a number would do it for you. If it needs to be "at least 4 times since May 1", maybe combine two page view rules together to see if it works.
This is how I set it up:
And when I want to link the segment to the guide, and want to select it, it gives the following message:
So, I'm afraid it won't work. Do you have any suggestions?
oof yeah, that's a tricky one. I wonder if you could combine some guide-approved rules for "seen since June 3 2025" and "not seen before June 2 2025" and "seen at least 5 times"?
I'm trying to achieve a similar thing with a difference that I want to specify the timeframe of page views to last "5 minutes". And not only there's no option to go lower than 1 day but also I cannot later use that segment with a guide. It drives me crazy. How else can I show the poll guide to users who visited a page at least 3 times within 5 minutes at the moment when they land on that page for the 3rd time?
