Displaying a single check box in a Guide
What I’m trying to do is keep things simple in one guide step for feedback collection, like this:
<Question & text box>
[ ] You can contact me to learn more
[Submit]
The workaround for creating checkboxes, still requires creating a multi-select poll with two options. Has anyone come up with a cleaner workaround to achieve this kind of quick, one-checkbox experience?

I'd add in my custom code block some CSS to hide or display:none the second checkbox option and that should work!
Thanks Liz! I actually am working on special code that does something like that, but is different than the above workaround, as that workaround did not do all things necessary for screen readers to properly identify as checkboxes.
It would be great if this was standard!
