  Hi Craig Willis,

  Thanks for your post in the Discussion Community - the definition can be found in the tool tip next to the Frequency Widget, but here's an image:

  High: User was active at least 13 of the last 30 days.

  Medium: User was active at least 5, but no more than 12, of the last 30 days.

  Low: User was active at least 1, but no more than 4, of the last 30 days.

  That does help, thank you.  I was looking at the widget on the Dashboard and there is no tool-tip there so I missed that.
