Thanks Anna Mullins, It may not work to track all activity that way, but it would work to track some specific features that we want to track between the two environments. We'll give it a try. Craig

Clicking Remove just removes them from the Exclude & Include Lists, it doesn't delete them.

You can navigate to Settings > Exclude & Include Lists, click on Visitor ID and then remove the corresponding record. Craig
