Your personalized homepage provides actions and resources that are tailored to your business goals. This empowers you to quickly jump to data points that are most meaningful to you, so you can quickly get the most value out of your Pendo subscription. You can also easily access your favorite and most recently viewed items to pick right back up where you left off the last time you were in Pendo.
Note: For brand new subscriptions, the homepage offers personalized guidance on getting started. This includes step-by-step instructions tailored to your needs, such as installing Pendo, tagging Pages, and creating funnels, guides, or roadmaps. After you've completed these initial setup steps, you'll gain access to the homepage elements detailed in this article.
The Favorites section at the top provides a list of items in Pendo that you’ve favorited, including Pages, Features, Track Events, Segments, Reports, Guides, NPS surveys, Roadmaps, and Feedback views. Select any of your favorite items to go directly to it.
The Recently viewed section gives you a list of items you’ve recently viewed in Pendo so you can jump right back to where you left off. These pages are listed in chronological order from the most to least recently viewed. Select any of the pages to go directly to it.
Recommended actions
The recommended actions section at the top gives you personalized options to take actions in Pendo based on your business goals.
Select the button in any of the options to go directly to the page in Pendo where you can complete that action. For example, to identify drop-off points in your conversion funnel, select the View funnels button to go directly to the list of funnels, where you can create a funnel based on your user journey.
For more information about any of the actions, select Start tour in the action. This brings up a pop-up with more details about the action, including links to resources, an option to take a tour, and an option to see all tours.
The recommended actions dropdown provides a list of Pendo use cases. Select a different option from the dropdown to update the recommended actions to ones that align with the selected use case.
Note: To see additional recommended actions, select the navigation arrow to the right of the list of actions.
Explore Pendo to help
The Explore Pendo to help section provides a personalized list of resources to empower you on your Pendo journey. These include Pendo use cases, academy courses, and certifications. Select on the linked call to action (Learn more, Take course, or Get certified) in each card to go directly to that resource.
This list automatically updates based on your selection in the recommended actions dropdown. To see a different set of resources, select the dropdown and choose a different use case.
