Email metrics are available for all emails sent, whether it's a standalone email or part of a journey.
You can view email metrics in the following ways:
- For all emails sent from your subscription.
- For a standalone email.
- For an email that's part of a journey, including HubSpot emails.

View metrics for all emails
You can view the high-level metrics for all the emails that were sent from your subscription. based on your selected filters at the top of the page.
- Go to Orchestrate > Emails.
- In the Emails page, select the Metrics tab. The results are based on your selected filters at the top of the page.
Filters
Filters are provided above the metrics for you to filter the data.
- Use the first dropdown menu to filter by segment. The default is Everyone.
- Use the time period dropdown menu to filter by time period.
- Use the Apps dropdown menu to select specific applications.
Overview metrics
In the Overview section, you can see metrics about all the emails sent from your subscription, both standalone emails and emails that are part of a journey.
The email metrics are:
- Total sends. Number of emails sent to your recipients.
- Delivery rate. Percentage of sent emails successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes.
- Unique open rate. Percentage of recipients who opened your email at least once.
- Unique click rate. Percentage of recipients who clicked any link in your email at least once.
- Click-to-open rate. Percentage of unique clicks out of unique opens.
- Unsubscribe rate. Percentage of recipients who opted out from your mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link.
- Spam rate. The percentage of recipients who marked your email as spam.
- Bounce rate. Percentage of emails that weren’t delivered to recipients' inboxes because of issues like invalid addresses or server problems.
View metrics for a standalone email
You can view metrics for a standalone email.
- Go to Orchestrate > Emails.
- In the Overview tab of the Emails page, select Emails from the Managed in dropdown menu. The Email list updates to include only standalone emails.
- Select an email and then select the Results tab.
- Use the filters to filter the data. The Overview section shows data according to the filters selected.
Email activity
Use the dropdown menu to filter the Email Activity chart for detailed information about visitors.
View metrics for an email that's part of a journey
You can view metrics for an email that's part of a journey, including HubSpot emails.
- Go to Orchestrate > Emails.
- In the Overview tab of the Emails page, select Journeys from the Managed in dropdown menu. The Email list updates to include only emails that are part of journeys.
- Select an email from the list and on the journey’s page, select the Metrics tab.
- Alternatively, you can go to Orchestrate > Journeys and in the Journeys page, select a journey from the Journey list.
- On the journey’s page, select the Metrics tab.
- In the Journey breakdown table, select an email or a Hubspot email. The Results page displays the metrics for the email. For more information, see Overview metrics and Email activity.
