The Emails list shows all emails you've sent, either as part of a journey or standalone emails. Go to Orchestrate > Emails to view and manage your emails in the Overview tab on the Emails page.
Filter the email list
Filters and a search function are provided above the list of emails to modify the table.
You can filter the emails by the following:
Filter | Description |
Apps | Use the dropdown menu to view your emails by specific applications or all applications in your subscription. |
Status | Use the dropdown menu to view emails per status:

Search | Search the table by email name. |
Additional actions you can take are:
- Download CSV. Select the Download CSV icon to download the list of emails.
- Edit columns. If you want to update the columns that appear in the table, select the Manage columns icon in the top-right of the section and add, reorder, or remove columns. Select Save to finish.
