View and manage emails

The Emails list shows all emails you've sent, either as part of a journey or standalone emails. Go to Orchestrate > Emails to view and manage your emails in the Overview tab on the Emails page. 

Filter the email list

Filters and a search function are provided above the list of emails to modify the table.

You can filter the emails by the following:

Filter Description
Apps Use the dropdown menu to view your emails by specific applications or all applications in your subscription.
Status Use the dropdown menu to view emails per status:
  • Draft. Indicates that the email is still an in-progress draft.
  • Pending review. Indicates that the email is a complete draft that's pending review. Users with appropriate permissions can submit the email for review. A schedule must be set to submit the email for review.
  • Scheduled. The email is scheduled to be sent to all eligible visitors in the segment. 
  • Active. The email is actively being sent to all eligible visitors in the segment.
  • Disabled. The email has been stopped.
  • Sent. Relevant for standalone emails that have been sent.
Search Search the table by email name.

Additional actions you can take are:

  • Download CSV. Select the Download CSV icon to download the list of emails.
  • Edit columns. If you want to update the columns that appear in the table, select the Manage columns icon in the top-right of the section and add, reorder, or remove columns. Select Save to finish.
