Pendo <> UserVoice Integration 401 Error

I keep getting a 401 error when trying to set up the UserVoice integration in two different products. We have all the pieces we need and are following the UV documentation but apparently the forum ID is coming back as undefined in the console when the error results.

I thought we were supposed to use the key, that didn't work, so we tried creating the token and using that somehow. Neither idea worked.
