Analytics - Time spent on Product Area

I'm looking for a way to create a report or widget that can display the percentage of users that have spend more than X minutes on a certain "Product Area" of our site. I can see no way to generate reports on Product Areas, so please advise.

If that's not possible are we able to do something similar using "Pages"?  I can create a new "Page" with the path that I want (ending with a /* to cover all the pages of that Product Area of the site) but I'm not sure what to do next.

    Hey Nathan,

    Here's a recommendation that may help (thanks Angela Holly), but you'll need to export it into a spreadsheet and make your own filter:

    • Make a page with a generous rule(s) to include all the URLs within that Product Area
    • Create a visitor report with segment of 'Everyone' and add the column for "Time on Page" for that specific page. Get a report in Pendo showing how much time every single visitor spent on that specific page.
    • Export into a spreadsheet program to calculate & display the percentage of users that spent more than X minutes on that page

    Hope this workaround helps and if you have any feedback on reporting, you can do submit it in Pendo Feedback.
