Segment based on no Core Event usage

Is there an OOTB way to segment based on accounts not hitting any Core Events? Or visitors?

  Hi Liz Feller,

  You can create a segment with users who have never used a feature and then select  each feature that has also been labeled as a core event. Are you looking to build a guide for this specific segment?
