Paths: tracking across tabs in a user's browser

I’ve got a question on Paths - how does Pendo process data for a user that might have multiple tabs open? I’m curious because we’re looking at a path that in theory is impossible to do in our app but I’m wondering if it’s recording the next page/feature across all tabs in their browser?

Hi Jason Lott,

Thanks for your question! Pendo will calculate and add events in the order that they're received so if they are multiple tabs open, it can be possible to see it presented as such in a Path.
