Journey breakdown

The Journey breakdown table breaks down the information for each message in the journey. It shows the message type, the number of visitors who opened the message, the number of visitors who interacted with the message and how many achieved the journey goal. If your journey includes messages across multiple apps, you can see which app each message belongs to in the expanded view.

Select an individual message to see more detailed information about it. For information about the guides, see View guide metrics. For information about the emails, see View email metrics.
