The notification center shows new comments and dashboard access updates. You can review and respond to these notifications from a single location.
The following types of notifications are listed:
- Comments in threads you’re subscribed to.
- Comments that mention you.
- Emoji reactions to your comments.
- Requests to access dashboards you own.
- Updates when your dashboard access request is approved or declined.
To review your notifications, select the bell icon at the top-right corner of Pendo. When you have unread notifications, a red dot appears next to the bell.
When you interact with a notification, it removes the red dot next to that notification in the notification center.
To mark all new notifications as read, select Mark all as read in the top-right corner of the notification center. This removes the red dot next to unread notifications.
Notifications are kept for 30 days from when they first show up in the notification center.
