Including Pendo for Legacy Zendesk Chat Integration

Zendesk chat can be added to the Pendo Resource Center through the Zendesk Chat Integration. If you experience difficulties getting the chat to load in your Resource Center widget, it might be the result of allowlisting. Allowlisting controls for Zendesk chat are managed from the Zendesk chat interface in Zendesk.

You must to add to your allowlist in the Zendesk widget security settings to ensure the chat is allowed to be served from your Resource Center module.
