Classic Feedback was a feedback tool to help you gather information about your product feedback. Classic Feedback is no longer available on Pendo; the latest feedback management offering is Pendo Listen. This article remains for reference only. It explains what classic Feedback could do, how Listen compares, and how you can still access your Classic Feedback data for a limited time, if needed.
What classic Feedback was
Classic Feedback helped you gather, analyze, filter, group and respond to product input and requests in a single platform. With classic Feedback, you could:
- Collect product Feedback at scale.
- Analyze feature requests by customer segment.
- Inform and prioritize your product development.
- Close the loop with your internal teams and with your customers.
How classic Feedback maps to Pendo Listen
Classic Feedback was primarily a tool to collect and respond to individual feedback requests, by running a customer-facing feedback program. Pendo Listen in contrast is fully integrated with the Pendo platform to blend qualitative and usage insights about your users, powering a continuous delivery and validation cycle, proactively serving insights you can act on.

Keep your classic Feedback data
To keep your classic Feedback data, you have two options:
Important: Both options will remain until November 1, 2026. After that date, all classic Deedback data will be permanently deleted.
Export your data
If you don’t plan to use Pendo Listen, you can get an export of your requests from Pendo settings. This action is only available from Pendo settings, since you no longer have access to classic Feedback directly. For more information, see Export data from Feedback.
Migrate data to Pendo Listen
If you plan to use Pendo Listen, you can choose to migrate classic Feedback data to Listen. Pendo completes this migration on your behalf. For more information, see Request the migration from classic Feedback to Pendo Listen.
If your Listen portal isn't ready yet, you can still keep collecting customer feedback. For more information, see Collect feedback while you finish setting up Pendo Listen.
