When you share a Pendo URL in a Microsoft Teams channel, Pendo can automatically display a rich preview of the linked content — without anyone needing to open Pendo. Your team gets the context they need at a glance, directly in Microsoft Teams.
How it works
Link previews in Microsoft Teams use adaptive cards to display content. After link previews are enabled, Microsoft Teams recognizes Pendo URLs for Pages, Features, Track Events, Guides, and Product areas, and automatically unfurls them into a preview card. Each preview shows key metadata for the linked entity, so your team can understand the data behind a link before clicking through.
Prerequisites
- Admin permissions in Pendo, and the Teams Administrator role for your Microsoft tenant.
- Enable the Microsoft Teams link preview integration in Pendo.
