This article provides an overview of the Microsoft Teams integration with Pendo, how it works, and what the user can achieve with a Teams integration across Pendo.
Pendo integrates with Teams to bring product data and context into your team's existing workflows. You can set up each integration independently from a single tile in the Pendo integrations page.
Currently, the following integrations between Teams and Pendo are supported:
- Feedback ingestion from Microsoft Teams call transcripts. Requires Listen.

Pendo will support the following capabilities with Microsoft Teams:
- Link previews. Pendo link unfurling allows you to preview Pendo content within Teams.
- Pendo agent in Teams. Ask Pendo questions within Teams.
- Send signals from Pendo to Teams. Set up regular digest to share highlights to your preferred Teams channels.
- NPS responses. Receive survey responses for your NPS survey in a dedicated Teams channel.
- Listen feedback submission notification. Receive updates in Teams whenever a visitor provides feedback through a particular feedback source, such as a survey or guide poll. Requires Pendo Listen.
