This article gives an overview of how Pendo integrates with Microsoft Teams and what you can do with each integration.
Pendo integrates with Microsoft Teams to bring product data and context into your team's existing workflows. You can set up each integration independently from a single tile in the Pendo integrations page.
Prerequisites
To set up a Microsoft Teams integration, you need:
- Admin access to your Pendo subscription.
- The Teams Administrator role for your Microsoft tenant.
Once Microsoft Teams is connected to Pendo and any feature-specific configuration is complete, all Pendo users can access the integration through Microsoft Teams. Note: Private channel support depends on the integration. Sending Pendo data out to Microsoft Teams (Share signals, Agent Analytics digests, Listen feedback, and survey responses) supports public channels only. Ask Pendo in Microsoft Teams, data-rich link previews, and sending Microsoft Teams messages to Listen also work in private channels.
