Add HubSpot as a data source in Pendo Predict

This article explains how to connect your HubSpot instance to Pendo Predict so you can use it as a source when building predictive models.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A Pendo Predict account
• A HubSpot admin account with the following permissions:
  • App Marketplace access
  • Manage and view your CRM data
  • Manage and view your account settings
  • Content
  • Add action forms
  • Read from Business Intelligence API
  • Forms
  • Tickets

Step 1. Set up the HubSpot source

1. In Pendo Predict, go to the Sources tab.

   

2. Select New source, then choose HubSpot.

   

3. Enter a name for the source that is easy for others to recognize.

   

4. Log in to HubSpot when prompted.

5. After the integration is complete, HubSpot appears as a connected source in the Sources tab.

   

Step 2. Manage the Marketo source

As the owner of a data source, you can manage its access and ensure the connection is functioning correctly. This includes sharing the source with additional users and testing the connection.

• To test the connection, select the ellipsis (three dots) icon, then choose Test connection.
• To share the source, select the ellipsis (three dots) icon, then choose Share. When shared, other users can use the Hubspot source when building predictive models.
