Pendo Predict connects securely to your external systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or other to enrich your predictive models with CRM and business data.
If your organization restricts inbound or outbound traffic to known IP addresses, you may need to whitelist Pendo Predict’s static IP address so that Predict can successfully retrieve data from your systems.
This article lists the IP address you must allow so Predict can connect to your data sources.
Pendo Predict Static IP Address
Pendo Predict uses a single, fixed outbound IP address for all data source connections: 52.72.46.73
Notes
- All Predict outbound traffic (API calls, warehouse access, sync jobs) originates from this IP.
- No additional IPs or ranges are required.
- This IP must be added anywhere your organization restricts access by source IP.
