The Alerts tab shows mobile Pages and Features that have stopped collecting analytics and displaying guides.
Pendo proactively shows alerts for Pages and Features that may need verifying due to a new app version release or when a potential issue is identified. A few examples of why a Page or Feature may need to be updated are changes to a page’s title, structure, or custom attributes.
How alerts work
When a new version of your app is released, the rules that Pendo uses to identify a Page or Feature might have changed.
Pendo compares the Pages with no views or Feature clicks from your latest app version release to the same Pages or Features in previous app versions that had Page views or Feature clicks in the last 30 days.
Pages and Features showing this pattern of behavior are shown as an ‘Alert’.
Update Pages and Features
1. Go to Product and select either Pages > Alerts or Features > Alerts.
2. Hover over the Page row and select the camera icon to update it with the most recent app version.
3. If you need to update the Page, select Update Page.
4. If Pendo identifies Features that need updated on this page, you receive an alert on the top right corner of the screen.
All Features that need to be updated on this page appear with an Update red button.
Note: you can also subscribe to Page and Feature Alerts to be notified via email.
