When you use a mobile framework that supports our codeless solution, Pendo's UI allows tagging Features in your app.
The Pendo SDK has an algorithm that decides whether a component is clickable or not. This is a set of conditions that cause a component to respond to clicks. Sometimes, new libraries create new ways to respond to clicks and the SDK doesn't recognize them, so they don't appear as clickable in the UI and can't be tagged.
If you can't tag a Feature, your developer can add an API in the app code to allow tagging that Feature. The analytics for that Feature won't be retroactive and are available only from the version where the API was implemented.
If you can't tag a Feature in your app, have your app developer review the integration process and make sure all steps in the integration process are implemented correctly.
Note: If you need help tagging Features for web applications, see Feature tagging for instructions.
