If you have classic Feedback data you still need to retrieve, you can do so until November 1, 2026. After this date, all classic Feedback will be permanently deleted. To install the latest version of the Salesforce integration, use one of the links in this doc. Open that link and you'll have the following options:
Select the same setup as you did when you installed the Salesforce integration initially, and click "Upgrade".
Wait for the confirmation page to load, then click "Done".
