Pendo integrates with Slack so your team can act on product data without switching tools. Use the integrations to surface usage signals, collect and route feedback, monitor survey responses, and ask questions about your product data, all from Slack. You can enable each integration type independently based on your team's needs.

AI-generated responses
Some responses in the Pendo app for Slack are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review outputs before relying on them for decisions, reports, or customer communications. Before you connect
To set up any Slack integration, you need admin access to your Pendo subscription and admin access to your Slack workspace. Once Slack is connected and any feature-specific configuration is complete, all Pendo users can access the integrations through Slack.
