This article gives an overview of how Pendo integrates with Slack and what you can do with each integration.
Pendo integrates with Slack to bring product data and context into your team's existing workflows. You can set up each integration independently from a single tile in the Pendo integrations page.
Prerequisites
To set up a Slack integration, you need:
- Admin access to your Pendo subscription.
- Admin access to your Slack workspace.
Once Slack is connected to Pendo and any feature-specific configuration is complete, all Pendo users can access the integration through Slack. Feature-specific requirements are listed in the table below.
