Tray-powered integrations now available in Pendo Japan

Integrations that use Tray infrastructure are now available in Japan. For customers that operate in Tray's Japan data region the following integrations are now available:

  • HubSpot (Account Sync, Visitor Sync, Events Push, and Email)
  • Jira (Listen and Session Replay)
  • Marketo (Visitor Sync, Segments Push, and Email)
  • Microsoft Teams (Call Transcripts)
  • Salesforce (Listen and User Metadata)
  • Zendesk (Tickets as a feedback source)
  • Zoom (Call Transcripts)

For more information about each integration, see Overview of Pendo integrations.

Ask Pendo questions directly in Slack (beta)

You can now ask questions about your product data directly in Slack. Enable the agent connection through the Pendo integrations page. Once enabled, Slack workspace members with a Pendo account can ask product usage questions by mentioning @Pendo. This is available as a closed beta, to access the functionality, contact your Pendo account representative. For more information, see Ask Pendo in Slack (beta).

Enable Slack integrations more easily (beta)

You can now enable nearly all Slack integration (preview Pendo link, send feedback to Listen, Agent Analytics digests, and Trends reports) in one step from the Slack tile on the integrations page. This gives you easier insight and control over each Slack integration. Note that the NPS integration with Slack is enabled and managed separately. Some integrations such as Agent Analytics and Trends require additional configuration in their respective areas of the product before they're available in Slack. This is available as a closed beta, to access the functionality, contact your Pendo account representative. For more information, see Connect Slack to Pendo.

Send digests to private Slack channels

You can now send Slack notification to private channels as well as public channels. When you select a destination Slack channel from the dropdown menu for Agent Analytics and Signals digests, you now see both public and private Slack channels listed alphabetically. Setting up the Pendo app within private channels requires an additional step of typing @Pendo in the private channel to allow it access. For more information, see Send Agent Analytics digests to Slack and Signals in Pendo and Slack.

Send feedback from Slack to Listen (beta)

You can now send Slack messages directly to Listen as feedback items. This integration allows you to capture insights from conversations in both public and private Slack channels without leaving the application. Users can send feedback, and associate each submission with a visitor or account for accurate tracking. For more information, see Send feedback from Slack to Listen (beta).

Send Agent Analytics digests to Slack

You can now send scheduled Agent Analytics digests to a Slack channel, so your team can monitor AI agent performance without leaving Slack. Digests include key metrics, visitor adoption, and emergent issues for a selected agent and segment on a recurring schedule. For more information, see Send Agent Analytics digests to Slack.

New Page and Feature webhooks and event selection updates

You can now subscribe to two new webhook event categories: Page loaded and Feature clicked. When configuring these or many other categories, including Track Events, NPS Surveys, and Polls, you can select specific items to include, reducing unnecessary webhook volume. Individual category selection is now required when creating or editing a webhook. For more information, see Webhooks.

February 2026

Integrations packaging updates

You can now access the majority of Pendo integrations as part of the Pendo platform, or relevant Pendo module. Salesforce integration, Data Sync, API access, Webhooks, and Twilio Segment webhooks remain available as paid add-ons. Specific guides integrations require guide code blocks, which are part of Guides Pro. For a complete list of integrations and their requirements, see Overview of Pendo integrations.

Integrations catalog updates

You can now manage multiple integration types within a consolidated integrations tile with updated categories and new labels. Integrations that were previously split across multiple tiles are now grouped under a single tile per integration partner, making it easier to find and manage available configurations in one place. Each tile now includes a description of the integration partner, and new labels indicate the integration behavior and any requirements for add-ons, for example, Guides Pro or Data Sync. For more information, see  Overview of Pendo integrations.

Two-way Jira integration with Listen (beta)

You can now set up a two-way Jira integration in Listen, allowing status updates from Jira to automatically sync back to connected ideas and feedback items in Pendo. Previously, the integration only supported a one-way flow from Listen to Jira, letting you link ideas to Jira issues and share customer insights with your delivery teams. Changes to a Jira issue’s status are automatically reflected in the linked Listen ideas or feedback items through configurable status mappings. This streamlines alignment between product planning and development, saves manual effort, and ensures stakeholders stay updated. Both automated and manual status changes are clearly visible in the Activity log of the idea or feedback item. For more details, see Sync Listen with Jira (beta). For more information, see Sync Listen with Jira (beta).

Data Sync to Snowflake

You can now connect Pendo Data Sync directly to your Snowflake account. This allows you to sync event data, visitor metadata and account metadata directly into your Snowflake environment without creating a custom ETL pipeline. You retain full control over your data in Snowflake, and Pendo provides setup guidance, schema details, and stored procedures for managing data transfers. This helps you streamline access to product analytics in your business intelligence tools and centralize product data alongside other sources. For more information, see Set up Pendo Data Sync to Snowflake.

Connect Marketo to Pendo with a two-way data integration (beta)

You can now sync data between Pendo and Marketo in both directions. Pull lead attributes from Marketo into Pendo as visitor metadata, push Pendo usage data and segments into Marketo, and create Marketo leads when someone first visits your app. This helps marketing teams build campaigns based on in-app behavior, and gives product teams richer visitor metadata sourced from Marketo. For more information, see Marketo integration with Pendo (beta).

October 2025

Push feedback from Pendo Listen to Salesforce

You can now push feedback from any eligible source in Pendo Listen back to Salesforce. Previously, only feedback submitted from Salesforce could be synced. This update gives you more control over which feedback is visible to sales and success teams. Use the Feedback sources page to turn sync on or off for each source, and optionally include historical feedback during setup. For more information, see Using Salesforce with Pendo Listen.

Gong integration with Pendo Listen

You can now connect Gong to Pendo Listen, allowing you to import customer call recordings as individual feedback items. This integration imports customer calls that contain insights for analysis. Review and categorize transcribed call insights in the same workspace as your surveys, NPS responses, and in-app feedback. Use filters to track trends across spoken and written feedback. For more information, see Connect Listen to Gong (beta).
